Payment, Postage and Delivery

Orders will be sent out by the next working day for all in stock items. If any item is out of stock (e.g. pre-orders) or there will be a delay for any reason we will notify you by email with an estimated delivery time. If you wish to pay by cheque or BACS please note we will require cleared funds before we can dispatch your items.

UK standard delivery for orders under £100 will be sent by Royal Mail, larger orders will be sent by courier. if you need your items urgently please choose express delivery. Postage costs and availability for countries outside the UK will vary. If you are unsure please contact us before placing your order and we can advise you.

Baby Peach accepts payment by paypal - you can use your debit or credit card even if you do not have a paypal account, BACS bank transfer, or cheque

Returns policy

If you change your mind about an item you purchase from us, we will happily refund you provided it is returned in an unused, unwashed and resaleable condition within 28 days of purchase. Please note you will be responsible for the return postage and packaging. You are advised to retain proof of postage.

If an item is faulty upon receiving it, please return to us unused and unwashed and we will replace or refund it for you immediately. Please ensure you include the invoice/order number and a description of the fault. In cases of faulty products we will refund reasonable postage costs incurred when returning the item.
